General Support is available on an annual basis, and provides, via email, support for general development issues related to developing customer solutions using Olmec Linux™.

Support Covers

  • Linux Kernel
  • Linux System libraries
  • Application development libraries
  • Linux and Olmec development tools
  • Up to 25 issues per year
  • Enhanced Support Level

    Enhanced Support s is available on an annual basis, and provides, via email and telephone, an increased level of support for development issues related to developing customer solutions using Olmec Linux.

    Support Covers

  • Everything included in General support
  • Up to 100 issues per year
  • Up to 100 hours of on-site support (travel costs covered by the customer)
  • Higher levels of support can be quoted as engineering services projects.
